Welcome to Karri Glade Farm Stay, nestled in the stunning karri forest midway between Nannup, Pemberton, and Manjimup in the Southwest of Western Australia. Our farm is surrounded by magnificent, towering karri trees and is just a stone’s throw away from the tranquil Donnelly River. A short stroll will take you to the majestic Four Aces and the historical One Tree Bridge, while the popular Glenoran Pool, ideal for fishing and swimming, is right next door.

The nearby Bibbulmun Track and Munda Biddi Trail winds alongside the Donnelly River as it meanders through the forest, crossing at the iconic One Tree Bridge. You can find us on Graphite Road, a picturesque route from Nannup to Manjimup, gently winding through orchards, mixed farms, vineyards, and breathtaking karri forests.

Our two cosy chalets, fully self-contained and featuring spa amenities, are designed with your comfort in mind. Whether you seek relaxation amidst the soothing sounds of nature or wish to explore the wonders of our Southwest, we invite you to experience the beauty and tranquility of Karri Glade Farm Stay.

Our Chalets

Chalet features

  • Our cozy chalets feature two comfortable rooms, perfect for families or small groups. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, while the second room is equipped with two single beds and an optional trundle, offering flexible sleeping arrangements.

  • Our chalets at Karri Glade Farm Stay are perfect for families, accommodating up to 4 adults or up to 5 guests when an additional trundle is added for children. For families traveling with babies, we can also provide and set up a portacot, ensuring that even the littlest members of your group are comfortable during your stay.

  • We can provide porta-cots and high chairs for no extra charge

  • Each of our chalets is equipped with a spa bath, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the stunning surroundings.

    Bathroom includes a shower

  • Each chalet is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, toasty press, Nespresso machine, milk frother, fridge, freezer, and a small washing machine and dryer.

    These amenities ensure that guests can enjoy a convenient and comfortable stay, whether you're preparing meals, enjoying a coffee, or freshening up after a day of adventure.

backyard features

  • Available during permitted burning periods

  • We are a small avocado farm, primarily growing Hass avocados. When in season, our avocados are available for sale at $5 per kg, which is approximately 7 avocados.

    We welcome guests to enjoy walks through our orchards; however, we kindly ask that you do not pick the avocados (they taste bitter and unpleasant when harvested out of season)

  • We welcome guests to join us on a night walk, where we can showcase the fascinating nightlife of our farm, including frogs, owls, and other intriguing creatures. It’s a great opportunity to experience the natural beauty and sounds of the evening

  • We have an XL Vuly Thunder Pro trampoline for guests to enjoy! It's perfect for some fun and exercise during your stay, making it a great activity for both kids and adults

  • Our farm showcases a variety of native plants and wildflowers, making it a beautiful place to explore. The best time to visit for a stunning display of flowers is in spring.

  • $270 per night/couple

    $20 per night for extra gues 12+

    $10 per child per night 4 yrs+ 

  • $290 per night/couple

    **Minimum stay: 3 nights

  • Available during low season Monday to Thursday 20% dicount for valid card holders

  • We require one nights accommodation in advance to sequire your booking, with the balance payable on arrival.

    We accept cash, online bank transfer or paypal. 

  • Cancellation Policy

    • Free Cancellations: Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled booking date are eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations Within 7 Days: For cancellations made less than 7 days before the booking date, we will endeavor to provide a refund only if we are able to secure a replacement booking for the same time slot.

    This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensures fairness to all guests.

Our Chalets are located right next to the famous Bibbulmun Track, Karri Glade Farm Stay offers the perfect retreat for hikers and nature lovers. Whether you're exploring the stunning stretch near the One Tree Bridge Hut or just looking for a peaceful getaway, our chalets provide the ideal base to recharge. Enjoy the serenity of the tall karri trees, with the beauty of the Bibbulmun Track just steps from your door. Perfect for day hikes or longer adventures, we’re proud to offer accommodation in such a unique and picturesque location! On request we can drive our guests to the Pailings Road access on the Bib track offering our guests a one-way 2.5 hour walk back to our farm.

Munda Biddi Trail

Karri Glade Farm Stay is also alongside the renowned Munda Biddi Trail, a must-visit for cycling enthusiasts. This world-class off-road cycling trail winds through some of Western Australia’s most spectacular landscapes, and our chalets provide the perfect base for riders looking to explore this natural beauty.
